We're Heading to PAX 2009

Didn’t get enough of E3 and Gamescom? Well the gaming conventions aren’t over yet. Next up is PAX (the Penny Arcade Expo), happening this weekend in Seattle, and we’ll be there on the show floor giving you coverage of all the craziness, the costumes and, of course, the games.
The convention starts this Friday and runs through Sunday, but we’ll be there Thursday to catch all the pre-show buzz. So stay tuned to find out all the big news.
What are we expecting, you ask?
Well we’re sure excited about the live demos that will be happening. There will be a live demo of Star Wars: The Old Republic, and we’re anxious to see the game running live instead of just through developer diary videos. Also showing up for live demos will be Assassin’s Creed II and Splinter Cell: Conviction, but we’re betting it will mostly be a rehash of what was shown at E3.
We’re hoping that BioWare brings some new video/demos/anything for Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins. And then there’s Darkest of Days, Beatles Rock Band, The Saboteur, Modern Warfare 2, Brink, and the list goes on and on and on.
Oh and we'll try to get a picture of the infamous bear rug that is Tom French’s beard. In case you can’t get enough of it.
You can check the blog for all our coverage and see our videos from the show floor on our YouTube channel. We’ll see you there!
