Bash Party is not a revolutionary sequel. This is still recognizably Boom Blox. However, it's as though EA injected the experience with a serious supply of steroids.

The original Boom Blox was an enjoyable party game for the Wii, the result of an unexpected partnership between Electronic Arts and director Stephen Spielberg. Seeing a sequel to the game comes as less of a surprise.
