Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and the Damned is available on Xbox Live as of the fine morning of February seventeenth, the year of our lord two thousand and nine. Let future generations mark this chilly morning as the dawn of a new age.

Well, okay, calling it a “new age” is overstating matters somewhat. But, the Lost and the Damned looks to be good and is only available for Xbox Live players. Yep, console specific DLC. How do you like that PS3?

Apparently, the DLC features a new protagonist and details his battles with a motorcycle gang. According to the press release, GTA: the Lost and the Damned is packed with “new weapons, music, multiplayer modes, mini-games, vehicles and a host of other features.” Sounds good to us.

The price tag isn’t all that unreasonable either. Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and the Damned can be had for 1600 points (that’s $20 US dollars), and purchased via Xbox Live or in the form of a download code at your local video game store.
